We’re looking for an intern or co-op student looking for a challenge over the summer. Should be extremely web-savvy with a burning interest to learn more about web technologies. Excited about learning new things, and always up for a challenge. A clear thinker and communicator who loves tackling challenging problems and feels a sense of accomplishment when you solve it.

You’ll get to partner with our research and development teams to create new interfaces that bring clarity to our user base.

Responsibilities

Correspond with users

  • Develop relationships with users who are already signed up
  • Reply to questions about the product via emails or help portal
  • Follow up with users by asking how they are using the product

Gather feedback

  • Note down product feedback while corresponding with users
  • Organize and report feedback to product development team

Required skills

  • Quickly learn about the fast changing real estate industry
  • Develop skills in using modern software for screenshare and recording
  • Take part in iterative new product development
